It's probably a little louder than the 15 O series (flat cone).

having gone from the 15A to the 16Ov.2 in the same 2.2^3 @30hz box

i can honestly say that the 16Ov.2 sounds better and has more output

with a lower wattage...

i really only give my 16Ov.2 about 400 watts and its plenty powerful

for me...

my setup isnt going to win any SPL comps... but it is definately a nice

sub to have...

subs ive owned previous include the

RE SE, the 15A, the RE XXX, JL W3, the O series flat cone and

some other random subs...

for the power i have in my system and the box size i can live with

the 16Ov.2 is the best sub that ive had...
