Can someone tell me what amplifier is good for 2 Sony Xplod 12" XS-L1200B, 800watts each and how many watts should i get the amp?

let me guess you got these subs at walmart? my very first subs where xplods from walmart. their rms rating is only 150 rms but i would only feed them 100 watts. you need an amp that does 200 watts rms at 2 ohms.

then i would look for an amp that does 300-400 watts rms at 2 ohms. make sure to check the gain tutorial. what kinda budget do you have?

Do you think its enougth with only one speaker and a single box or should i put 2 speakers with dual box? And if only one is going to sound pretty deep ?

you could get something like a 100 watts x2 and bridge it for a 200 watt total. if you are on a budget a profile or us acoustics will be good.

The lanzar optidrives are great amps....

I dont know why you think lanzar is in the same boat with sony...

GET U a CHEAP BOSS that is what i power mine and they are pretty good
