Do you think i could fit 2 15" L5 in a Dual 3.77 vented box in the back, click to see

I'm willing to get 2 15" L5, put them in a 3.77 vented box. I was thinking, hopefully it fits... i measured my back....

The box is.....

3.77 cubic feet inside volume per woofer, 3/4" mdf, braced. comes with four gold terminal posts on opposite sides of slot vent. Slot is mounted in the center and is 6x14.5x11.5 and the box measures 40 long x 16 tall x 25 deep. Carpeted black. This design will work and sound good at around 35hz for just about any sub. It is made from old vega specs for spl. We have run L7's in it and they sound great with zero port noise. This box does not have a center divider, it is all one chamber and braced very, very solid, this all one chamber design will accually increase your over all spl and does NOT harm the woofers.

Do you think it would fit... If not, than i have to jump into the 2 12" L7... in a 3.27cf vented box (36 long x 16 tall x 24 deep)....

But i think the 3.77 15" box, just would make it...

Oh Ya it will fit, Might be a real tight fit, but i have a 4.2 cuft box in my trunk, Hard as hell to get in, but Go with the 15"s, If they dont fit, MAKE THEM

Install the amps under your back seat to give you more room in your trunk

And also, if you did stick your amp(s) underneath your seat, all you have to do is buy a couple little 12v automotive fans and make it so it blows air on the inside so it can cool it down, but you have to make sure there is a way for outside air to get in, becuase it would be pointless blowing HOT air from the amp right back into the amp...

Wow 2nd time this happend, threads from 02 are popping out out of no where.

Anyways, back track. I did order the 2 15" Kicker L5s. I ordered a Visonik 900XD to go with them.

My friend helped me build a box, well actually he did. He made a 9.6cf Vented box. He did the Kicker Vented Box Specs. It pounded like a mofo....

Well i only had it for 3 days on low gain to break it in. After the 3 days, my mom wanted to trade in my old bomber suv car (sidekick).

After that, i cut the box in half, i only installed 1 Kicker 15" L5. Used it for maybe 2-3 weeks. I sold the 2 Kicker Subs. Got a IDMAX, after 3-4 Months. Got a 12" W7 with a ARC CXL 2500. I had a Punch 300x, than went with a Hifonics Zeus 4400, than a ARC Kar 200.2. Now i have a Tru Hammer H-1 and a Tru 4.65 with Sea Lotus Performance Comp Set.
