12W3 - 700Watt amp?

OK, still being fairly new to car audio:

Was given a 700watt Pyramid Amp. Don't remember the model number, and a JL 12W3. Question is: Can't find **** on the Pyramid, so have only a rough idea of what the RMS is (350). I originally had a Pioneer 12 IMPP 450Wt in a bandpass, and when I hook up both the JL and the Pioneer to the 700watt.... I get ALOT less bass than with just the JL.

OK so.... 1.) is this amp too much for a W3?

2.) Since I am gettting rid of the Pioneer, bandpass and RF200.2, should I get another W3? Would this provide more bass/quality?

I would keep the RF200.2, and get rid of the Pyramid. Bridge the RF to the W3.

Really? I know that it's Pyramid (read: ****) but... it IS a 700watt.... you think that the RF 200 is going to push it harder? Or maybe I should sell it both amps and the pioneer and get.... what size Amp? I prefer clarity over volume.... but just barely ;-)

A 700W Pyramid amp would be doing well for itself if it push half of that RMS. It will still be fairly hairy sound. Keep the RF. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
