My first fiberglass door enclosure - - HELP!!!

That sounds very familiar. I put one in my wifes car now she wants me to stop so we can have a house while I have the bare mnimum for a stereo..no sub..gggrrr.. So I am still stuck saving a couple of bucks every paycheck so I can one day get the supplies i need. Good luck on your project.. I have a few more links you can check out if you remind me later on..my list of links is huge and time is short this morning.

Mike

BTW nice link Ramos..got more info in one space than the bunch I have that I need to sort through.

Beleive me I know the feeling all too well it was the ex-fiance's fault I am took so ****ed long to get where I am now. She just blew all the ****in money I made. Now I am lucky enough to be making good money and have a fiance making about the same. My vehicle came first and now she is talking about getting hers done.....NOT till I finish mine! LMAO We are looking into hers soon, but she is wanting to go a full nakamichi or Macintosh install...........pure sq and $$$ but if she pays for it I dun give a phuck! LOL

Originally posted by mykeys I would lean her to Nak it will save thousands...I would love to run Mac but there is no way I can afford a minimum of $6000 for a system.. Good luck on that anyway.

Mike
Ummmmm apparently you have not added up any of my system.....LOL Plus install (done myself) the whole thing has run me **** near $17,500 and not quite finished! LOL Plus I can get the Mac components all for a VERY good price at dealer cost from a friend of mine.

I was tellin' the wife to be about some of our posts, now she's worried I'm gonna spend money that should be getting saved for her ring, our wedding, honeymoon... you get the picture. I thinks my stereo project just got put on hold... indefinately! LOL!!! Ah well, she's a sweetheart and a blonde bombshell to boot. I can "suffer" with what I've got for now *sigh* //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif I have a sneaky suspicion we'll be doing hers first when the time comes anyway, heh. We drive mine most the time so we'll see. *muhahahaha*

$6000 for a system!!! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif I'd go freaky just to have $600 to spend! Ah well, it's back to dream land.

Take care guys, and thanks for the help. When my stereo grows up, it wants to be JUST like yours! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

God bless.

Come on... its not that hard to talk a blonde into a system... get a couple of bass shackers and put em under her seat LOL......I wish I coulda got away with $6000 on my system......the equpiment alone minus extra stuff and install was easily $9500.....glad I did not buy that Denali.....lol

Yeah, but we're not talkin' about just any blonde! I'm 6'3" and she's almost as tall as I am. She has a Harley with straight pipes (heh, I love a woman who digs horsepower!), loves loud music (We're going to a Skillet concert for our Honeymoon), is radical for Jesus Christ (She does more dancing in church then most bar hoppers do all weekend, but then again, she has a lot to celebrate) and she wants a ring on her finger like YESTERDAY! LOL! I'll get to the stereo, believe me, but right now I got a woman to marry! :p

Priorities, priorities.

Its all good......just need to get her makin more money now too LOL (just jokin there) Ummm as for the church thing... congradts i guess.....am not really into it. In fact am pagan, but hey to each his own....best of luck to ya man

Thanks man. I'm 34, divorced with 2 daughters (both live out of state) and this is the first woman I've ever met who I doesn't seem to be looking at our relationship solely for what she can get out of it. I'm a romantic and my "woman" gets a lot of attention from me, unfortunately in past relationships it wasn't reciprocated. My ex-wife decided a relationship with another man was easier then working on ours, so... so much for that. I haven't been too eager to get serious with another woman since, so all the things God's done over the last year with the woman I've been seing that have gradually been changing my mind are significant. There's hope again so yes I am excited and thank you for your best wishes.

So far as being a pagan is concerned, some of my best friends are "pagans." LOL! I grew up in the church, I did the "church thing" for years (i.e. all the little duties I thought would make God happy and get me into heaven) I attended regularly, tithed, read my Bible, did charitible things, etc; all the "religious" things. The problem was I was just going through the motions. I was missing the point. It was about that time someone helped me understand that God was a real personality and He wanted to have a relationship with me. All the stuff I had been doing was a facade, my life hadn't really changed. I was still out doing things I knew were wrong. After I begain a relationship with God instead of just going about dead religious routine, He changed my life, He changed the very things that were important to me and He's been my best friend ever since. Honestly I don't know how you "pagans" do it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif If I didn't have God to go to when my wife left me for one of my best friends, I probably would of either blown his head off, or mine...or both. Today my life is better then I ever could of imagined it being...and I have one "person" to thank. Jesus Christ.

Anyway, that's my story. Don't mean to get so serious on a forum, hehe. I get on the subject of my Savior and I can get long winded. I'll try and "control" myself in the future. LOL!

Take care, and... God bless you! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

Not a problem at all I suppose everyone has their own way of having somethign to lean on when in need. Problem with many is when they do not need they do not rely on what it is they did before. Being pagan does not mean I am worshiping satan or anything else it simply means my faith and beleifs are not that of the christian following.

Really it is no problem at all to get serious on the forum I dun mind it and if anyone else does..... too bad for them they are the ones whom spent their time reading it.

Yeah, I try to be considerate of what other's may or may not want to hear (or read), but on the same token, I agree with you. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I really hope I wasn't making it sound as if pagans worship satan. LOL! That would make you a Satanist not a pagan! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif My view of paganism is that of an atheist or agnostic; no belief in anything specific or concrete. That's a bit broad but you get the general idea. I was as close to a "pagan" as a Christian, that a Christian could get. I grew up in the church, but for a lot of years you couldn't really tell it. You couldn't tell a difference between me and any other "sinner". I was going to church, tithing, reading my Bible, doing charitible things and all that other religious stuff, but that's all it really was; a religious routine. I had the ignorant notion that if I did all these things some how it'd make God happy and He'd let me slip into Heaven some day. Then a friend of mine helped me understand that God was a real personality and we could have a real relationship with Him. It was in fact the very reason He created us. That revolation changed my life. I started to talking to Him as if He was right there listening...and really cared what I had to say! All of sudden all the things I was doing out of obligation and tradition became a joy and a source of life. I tried changing myself but I kept getting in my own way, now it was a desire getting to know God put in my heart. All the things I've run after in my life to find fulfilment, this is the only thing that has truly, consistent.y, faithfully provided it. Some people say He's a crutch for the weak, but my relationship has helped me to be the Father I wanted deep inside to be, the Husband, the worker, the citizen, etc. He has made the difference, that's all I can say. There's a lot of things we can lean on in times of trouble, but Jesus is the only one who's been able to last through the toughest stuff. He's more then God to me, he's my best friend, my brother and (this is gonna sound goofy) my hero. He's just cool man! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Anyway, I've gone on again, hehe. I can't help it, when you find something this good, that makes this much of a difference it's hard not to share it. Like finding an amp that out performs everything else for half the price. You just find yourself telling everybody!

Well, I gots ta go. I'm running late for a gig. Take care, and God bless you.

Not a problem there and no offense taken once again from your post. I was actually raised in the christian church and wandered outside of it. Not for rebellion's sake (like many do), but because everything I studied and learned did not match up just right and I did not feel it necessary to live by a book put together and organized by a church for control of masses. (no offense here to you) I feel that there is something more to life and faith than that. So......I am "pagan" for lack of better term because I do not follow one of the "top 10" religious paths....

I wish half the people I've talked to about their bliefs were as honest as you. That's refreshing! I relate with your quest for answers and I've talked to several people who have had hesitations about the Bible and it's authenticity. I enjoy studying the subject, the Bible has always been viewd as a Historically credible record of some of man's earliest days, but the last 25 to 30 years Archeology, Astrology (especially the Hubel Telescope) and Science in general have made great leaps in further supporting it's records. A lot of people have misinterpreted the Bible to be a collection of stories compiled to "control the masses" but that is actually the furthest thing from the truth. In fact the Bible is one of, if not thee most accurate, record of it's age that we have. I'd love to talk to you further about it if you're up to comparing notes, but it would probably be more gracious to the rest of the forum if we moved to an IM or E-mail. My E-mail is on my member page if your interested.

Once again, God bless you and take care.

Let's see my favorite is raammat. I buy it from raamaudio on ebay. It's about half the price of dynamat. and works just as well. He sells two different versions. There is also brown http://www.b-quiet.com they have several different products to choose from that are also alot cheaper than dynamat. And elemental audio sells edead. It's pretty good stuff also, and once again alot cheaper than dynamat. There is a member of this forum named Kaosman that could answer any question you have about the edead. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
