Shocker III ?????? worth the money?

hey i saw the shocker III subs on tha site n they run for 250$ a peice, they hold 900rms and 1800peak, wit a 320oz mag, anyone heard these? will these bang better than the idmax? just wondering cuz i never heard them or anything bout them thanx for tha help

output wise.. it simply murders the Max.... and anything else in the price range..

I helped a buddy install, and win with a set of the III 12's... badass subs..

whould a SoundStream Tarantula TR1600/2 amp work it runs 800x2@2ohms.......

im pretty sure that amps good just makin sure...

if he's winning comps with them....at those levels, they will never sound "good"....

I had the glory of seeing the first pair of shocker III's in Jackson county ohio last night, and all I can say is.........

JESUS FREAKIN ******* SON OF CHRIST ALL MIGHTY, THEM BOYS IS LOUD!

if you want bass that will scare your grandma into cardiac eurithmia from across town, and you have a few bills to toss around, buy it. Don't ask any more questions, just go and buy it. I guarantee that somebody, some place, some time soon will set a world record with these bad mothers. I didn't get to listen to it extensivly (everyone else was trying to stick their head in there for a listen) but i know what 160+ db's sounds like, and that was definatly it.

I think the shocker people told me it replaced the super extreme.. not sure though..

You would have to Compare the XXX against the Shocker extreme 2, they are around the same price.
