Help a rookie build a system in an old school bronco

amps have way more power and the speakers take more then i could ahve imagined.

I have a budget and my only goal is to hear the music over all the noise this 34 year old toy makes. with no top and doing 70 mph a pair of 6x9's aint gonna do the job //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I have the big 3 completed and upgraded from 65 amp to a 160 amp alternator.

Will any of this work together and if not what do i need?

I need to pick out a head unit but I also have a few parts that i would like to use.

I have 2 old school (new in the box) kicker competition 8" speakers. i bought these in 1998 and never used them. 4 ohm kicker competition 8C

No much help here.

That is a sweet bronco I had one in high school I wished I still had it.

it looks really easy to mount the rear seats higher up...i would try to put the 10's under the rear seat ported...maybe grab a higher powered highs amp to run the speakers if your not happy wit that one after you put it in...
