Feel The Bass In ur EYEs
Hi i need serious help

I was playing a song with the bass kicking and all of a sudden the bass gets a lot less loud, wtf happened. I tried to turn up the gain and it got louder but the bass is no where as deep as it was before the incident HELP ME Please

I have the stock ford radio hooked up to the stock speakers and an RCA plug coming off of one of the outputs of the radio going into the amp. I’m sure this is bad but could I have messed up the amp from hooking it up that way. Please help me figure this out.

I worked fine for weeks and just this night it died.

SYSTEM= Stock Ford Taurus Radio

Stock interior Speakers

Mobile Authority A802 amp

Bostwick (model Unknown)10'sub

Pioneer IMMP 400 Watt max 10' sub

The Amp is bridged and the internal crossover is set to low

i am runnig the required 8awg wire o both the neg and pos and i have a 30 amp cirut breaker instead of a fuse also the breaker is at the amp instead of the battery

10awg is running to the subs

i also have a bunch of caps wired in parallel totaling 3075 mf which i belive rounds to 3.075 farad

Any Help Is appricieated

ditch the caps, get two of the same subs, put the breaker 12 inches MAX away from the battery, check all your connections to ensure good connections, buy an aftermarket HU, run the ground cable to the cars frame not the battery -.

And don't use the gain as a bass boost knob.

Thanks For all your help
But Why Ditch the cap's I figured that they would help the amp put out more.
while that is possible, it usually only hurts your vehicle's electrical system. in turn... hurting the amp. And every other accessory wired to you alternator/battery.
