Pioneer HU with Sirius question

So I wanted to run Sirius through my HU, but the only thing I can find to make it work is the CDSB-10 just to make things compatible for like $70 and then you have to buy a separate Sirius unit on top of that to actually get the Sat radio. Is this seriously the only thing out there or is there something I just haven't come across in my search? Since my HU is a few years old, I'd think there would be a better market (at least TWO options) by now. I have the Pioneer DEH-P4800MP. Thanks.
