Anybody running one of these at 1 ohm in mono? I have two 12 inch l5's running off it now at 4 ohms mono (dual 4 ohm vc's) and it doesnt sound all that great. Of course the fact its in my trunk in a sealed .88 cubic feet per side box probably doesnt help any either.

you will not ain in power...just keep the 4 ohm load..and they sound bad, because of the enclosure...build a ported box then hang on to your hat...sold a guy this weekend a ported single L712" box, and he only had 400 watts...blew away his two sealed 10's he had before with the same power...down to one woofer too...
