IMO, I'd bet the 20.1 would do just as much power as 3 nine.uno's..

its a very stout amp, in a league above anything ed could pawn off...

ditto =] considering one spg555 is louder then 3 type r's =] and you can change the color of it and pretty much have the most unique sub out there for less then your 3 type r idea.

No. But it will power the 12s just fine. I ran mine at 0.5 ohm when I had it and it did just fine in the daily heat in SC. And they can be had for closer to $400 when you find them in our classifieds, they just pop up only so often.
