cap help

ok right now i have a 1995 bmw 5 series. My system right now is weak but i am about to get a new one. Right now i have a 15" Earthquake dbx being powered by a Kenwood KAC-929. As much as this system sucks when i turn it up my lights start to flicker with the bass. The new system i am gettin is WAY more powerful that that. I think i need a cap but i dont know what kind or how many, any suggestions?

You might have to get a new alt. Try and find out the amperage on your current alt(it should say it on the alt, or just ask) and let us know the new equip you are getting. If your system is drawing WAY more power than your alt can handle a cap won't fix it.

A cap wont fix your problem...
