I recommend pulling the amp and have it bench tested

would it be good since I plugged in the RCA to 3.5 jack and it didn’t do it?

Yes, that test tells us the amp is fine. When you tested oher RCA wires, did you run them in the same fashion as the current ones or over the seats?

I ran them over the seats

I assume you have the OEM radio. What are you using to get the signal to the amp?

I have a dual HU which is most likely the problem lol

It might. Is the unit's chassis grounded to bare metal? It may help.

Ok, last ditch effort; I assume the radio high outputs do work but are capped off at the moment. Try using a passive LOC, it will be cheaper than changing the radio. If it does not work, you would only be out $20.
