Need a good mids/highs amp

While those drivers are rated to handle 300W, you don't need that much to get stupid loud in a car. These are professional sound reinforcement woofers made to fill a room.

I can get an 800w powerbass amp for $70 would that work i just dont wanna ruin the evs this is my first time running them.@

 
If you do not want to ruin them, do not put a $70 amplifier on them.

They are 8ohm.. I have options but they are like 3-6x that price.

 
you need a minimum of 2 channels so most mono cheap amps wont work

invest $150-200 and get a realistic amplifier (ppi900.4), invest double that for much better quality, reliability, and tuning capability

That is the great thing about Maestro products, they are very thorough. Downside is the price tag.
