Kenwood “image not found” garmin gps

Hi. New to the forum looking for help. Hopefully someone will be able to!

Kenwood DNX4150DAB factory fitted in a Ssanyong.

Garmin gps has started showing image not found rather than any buttons or say nav software.

Tried software update on the unit but it doesn’t seem to have made any difference.

Is it fixable or is it time to upgrade?

Any help gratefully received.
