Planet Audio PA-2500D cheap power?

Does this amp actually put out its rated power it says 800w @4ohms and 1500w rms at 2ohms and 2500 at 1ohm MAX...even if it does only put out 800w, it still looks like a good price. This amp looks like it would be a great amp to run at 800w @ 4ohms for daily and 2500w or even if it is over rated about 2kw for comp burps.

Just don't buy the one that has the saturn that lights up. The break easily.

Which is the one in the post, right? THe TT2250d is the titan series, they are said to be able to drop easily to lower than .5 for burps, I'm thinking about getting 1 for each of my Treo CSX, and running .75 daily. They are just so cheap on ebay. I wish I could afford some crossfire vr2000d's or orion 2500d, but it would take me forever to get them, I could get both the PA amps for less than 1 2500d, could there really be that much difference. I'm not really worried too much about SQ, the CSX definately wasn't designed for that, I'm going SQ in the frontstage with idq8's, cd3 horns, and zapco reference amps, but for my bass I just need lots and lots of power. I would definately get a pair of Viper d2500.1s, but they aren't 1 ohm stable, same with orion xtr pro 2400.

It's not the blue one but the big silver one with the saturn that light up in the middle of the amp. I had a friend that used to carrry planet audio and he always had returns for that model.
