Good amp to power a pair of Sony 3 way 6x9 (180 watts max.)

hello,

what amp would u all reccomend for powering a pair of Sony 6x9's 50 watts RMS and 180 watts max.

Are the Sony and Power Akoustic amps any good? Also should i power them with just the RMS or something in between RMS and Max. Power?
