Ok I worked out my box dimensions. Please verify they are correct, so I can get started.

Resonant Engineering XXX 12" Sub.

Wood 0.75 or 3/4" MDF.

Sealed - 16w-13.5d-13.5h = 1.21 After displacement 1.02ft^3

Ported - 35.5w-15d-15h = 3.59 After displacement 2.49ft^3

Slot Port 13.5h-2.5w-36d = 0.91

Tuned to 30.47 hz

Can any one verify these dimensions for me to make sure I got them accurate.

Measure twice cut once as it goes.

Thank you. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/peace.gif.2db28b618ed8d1964ebbe2f5021d2c39.gif

Port length incorrect and that means dispalcement incorrect
That does not really help.

The dimmensions are external, 3/4" MDF.

The port displacement would be 13.5 x 36 x "3.25"

So when I double check it comes out right I just want some confirmation.

Oh and the dimmensions are of my box with the port already built in. There not my box dimmensions before the port. Think of it as me measuring an already built box.

I bet I'd get a reply If I said Audiobahn was better then RE...

using your port area 33.75 in^2 and box volume 2.49 ft^3 and tuning 30.47

your port is to long it should be 34.5192821 "

meaning your displacements are wrong if your port is incorect

lv= 34.5192821

Plv = 33.269281 if your doing a multiple port wall box
