Has anyone here used NavTV for GM

Hello, new to the forum and pretty new to car audio. But im just curious if anyone here is running the NavTV unit for GM and wondering what your thoughts and experiences are with it. I'm going to be adding an Arc Audio PS8 to my system and my local shop tells me i should get NavTV too but i dont feel like I'll really need it with the PS8.

I dont remember which GM build, but this dude used one in a build he did and explains in it fair detail.
