Is my factory alternator enough?

Only one way to find out. Stock alts are rated at max and at a high rpm we never see under normal rpm's. They are designed to power all the accessories and then some but not a whole lot. 

If you have enough reserve it will be fine but if you get flickering lights thats a sign that your electrical can't supply enough power for the demand.
