Do you have a CNC machine or did you do that all by hand?   How many sheets of wood did you burn up?

All done manually on a table router.

(2) 3/4" sheets

(2) 1/2" sheets

(1) 1/4" sheet

I'm also making templates of all the pieces so I can do my R32 next

Impressive bit of patience there doing that, and a lot of wood for such a small box, but it looks terrific.

Fab work done. Magnets installed on forward and rear edges of trim panels instead of visible hardware. Handing off to the owner's boyfriend for the air tanks, hard lines, and upholstery then back to me for the rgb led lighting for the subs, air management, and the acrylic window which will be laser etched.
