Taramps Md series

Hello Does anyone know anything about these? Is the Md series just an slightly changed Hd series or is there more to them.

After seeing Big D's test of the Md1800 awhile back has me interested..

It's a completely new board with better protection circuitry. It's an overall more stable circuit. They might have GaN fets but I'm not sure
