so i got my grandpas 1978 ford f150 custom(extended cab) and i want to put a stereo system in that will make people juice and i have the money to spend just nothing to crazy like above 800 cause my parents prob wouldn't approve

so i need a box design that will take up the back bench seat, i have a 5ft by 1ft 9in space to work with

i also have 2 skar ix 12s and a rp 350 that i got for xmas that i know wont even pack any bass

so if you have any suggestions for 2 twelve in subs and a amp please let me know

i also need a alt that will give enough power and no have my headlights dim, and again price really isnt an issue just nothing crazy

3G 130 amp alternator swap is pretty easy. Plenty in the junk yard for cheap. I did this swap with my 86 when I put a subwoofer in it. Make sure to upgrade the power and grounds as well. AKA big 3.

I have a 96 f150 with the 95 amp alternator. What vehicles would have this 3G 130 amp alternator for a swap?

A 96 would be a T mount like my 94 was so you can get a 130 from a

93-96 V8 Econoline

97-03 V6 Econoline E-Series or F-150

95-01 4.0 V6 Explorer or Ranger

The large case 130 amps have 2 holes in the front and the small case 95s have 4.
