You want welding cable, Electron Beam or Royal Excelene. Stick with known brands and OFC.
I wouldn't touch non branded anything. You got/getting good equipment. Last thing you want to do is cheap out on electrical.

M class welding cable is good stuff. ALL UL listed and certified welding cable is OFC. But $4/ft is kinda pricey for welding cable. Look around, like BT said, you can find better prices.

Royal Excelene 2/0 is usually $2.45/ft, I use that as a benchmark when pricing wire.

best place to buy the royal excelene? and is a single 2/0 run gonna be proper for a DD m3c and a singer alt?

Oem cables are readily available for most vehicles. Check rockauto. Anything less will be a future headache.
