Vehicle: 2008 Ford Fusion 2.3 4cyl

Unit: Boss BV960NV

Amp: 1x Alpine MRV-F300

Speakers: 4x Rockford Fosgate Prime R168X2

Accessories: Rockford Fosgate RFK8i

1. Trying to find out if I need a distribution block?

2. Forgot I had tweeters, do I still need a crossover for the front speakers and tweeters?

3. Will the crossover divide power between the front speakers and tweeters?

Thank you for the help!

1. If you have 1 amp, you do not need a distrubution block. That Alpine has a built in fuse, so you don't need a fuse block either.

2. No, that speaker appears to have a built in Tweeter with internal crossover.

3. In the most extreme cases, the crossover sends 100 watts from a 100 watt amp to the woofer and 0 to the tweet, or 100 to the tweet and 0 to the woofer. But you don't need to worry about it since it's built in.

I really appreciate all the info and help! Guess I should have read that the speakers said integrated crossover

It would be cheaper, it might be easier to find a place to mount it, and you would have a ton of options if you just do two, 3 slot fuse holders...
