Knu OFC is a popular brand and use it myself as well as others on here. Once you strip a small area of wire to insert into the amp, no need for a cap cover....as long as you don't cut off too much.
Royal Excelene is another great brand....it's welding wire but works just as good.

Found a main fuse I think? under the battery....and then the power wire goes underneath the radiator to somewhere...

If you have multiple amps you do not need to run a power wire from each amp to battery..
You can have a single run of wire with a distribution...
