Best bet might be to search over at DIYMA forum and see if they have any regional meetups. It's very likely some live around there and would help.... more likely finding an enthusiast with one than a shop, though an old established shop MIGHT have an old Audiocontrol if they used to run pre-Termlab shows.

Thank you so much everyone for your input.
Trumpet, just talked to Mike mins ago but he said he don't do Helix, he only do other brand of DPS tuning. I found the place will do it in Mission Viejo and he is a dealer for Helix also. Just to tune it, he said it would take about 1.5 hrs. So it would cost me $150.
