Mtx is expensive for the class its in.. Go with the pioneers.
Will it be a casual setup or all out bass setup?
And what is your budget if i may ask? You may get more options for your money.

I want it as loud as possible, the mtx terminators are 130 for the subs and box and that doesn't seem like it's two expensive but the pioneers for two of them is 90 without the box. I'm wanting it to be noticible outside the truck.

So I have 8 gauge Rockford fosgate wire run in my truck now and I'm just wanting something to make the roof flex a little, what would you recommend on a budget?

Depends upon the amount of $$ you wanna spend. And cheaper the better isn't an answer, sorry.
