I would just get a Ct Sounds Strato 18" for $190 shipped.

Should fit the bill nicely. They don't have the best of business practices but they put out pretty decent stuff.

I'm planning on going ct sounds just for pure budget reasons.

Also Audiopipe has the txx bd3 15 for pretty cheap

What amp should i get under $150
I'll suggest a JP8 amplifier. I believe you can wire your sub to 2 ohm. It's Dual voice coil 4 ohm, correct? JP8 @ 2 ohm does 900 watts.
