Very powerful and great sounding amp. Active capable. Replaced my Sundown SAX-125.4 with this and this clearly had more power in my opinion. No top cover and some screws are a little stripped. All can be found online.

Set screws or plate screws are stripped?
Set. I think 3/4 channels. I got it like that. I was able to get them down when I installed so I never replaced them. Other than the cover that's the only issue. Looks **** good otherwise. And sounded great.

I would swapp one of the front speaker wires on the amplifier to test the rear amplifier to test to see if they work/testing that way on each rear...

Any indication that a loose wire may be the issue? I'd start by checking all the +/- connections to see if one has come lose or is starting to...

Umm the sub outputs. It's brand spanking new with an install booklet etc.
