Item(s) for Sale:

10" TC9 Single 4ohm

Item(s) Description/Condition:

Flawless BNIB top assembly, never mounted. I mounted it to a motor from an Eclipse SW8200. Why? Because it has two 1" slugs and a huge copper ring down in the motor. Which means one very powerful, low distortion 10". Would work great in a very tiny sealed enclosure but I would throw this in a vented enclosure tuned to 25-28Hz and give it 800-1200w. Would be loud, low and clean. Driver looks phenomenal but I should note there is a bit of epoxy left on the motor from removing the heatsink. A bit of wire wheel would make quick work of it.

Found some pretty cool old school info on the original 10" TC9. There's actually not too many of these out there.

Anyway, here's a link and for reference I posted the specs for the 10" TC2000 in the original post.

Is it just me or is that BL curve not symmetric? I'm super tempted to grab this. Quick question can you take the QCA part off the basket and put it on another?

No, you're seeing that correctly. I believe that's the curve you would see without the shorting ring. It's not a 'bad' curve, really. This one will perform a bit better with the big chunk of copper in it.
As far as the QCA goes, it's permanent as long you want the top assembly to be operational. You would have to get under the spider to remove the fasteners holding the QCA to the basket.

I was able to log in fine, using Chrome if that helps. I don't know anything about the product at all, just found the info and shared the love. :)

Brother in law has some of their 8’s and they are little beasts. Typical cookie cutter product that performs as it should.

The formula is Square Root of your target Wattage Multiplied by Ohms. 50Wx4Ohms=200. Square root of 200 is 14.14. So 15v AC is your target.
