I used to do T-shirt printing and decal printing many years back. It's highly unlikely someone will make just a few decals to sell. It takes a lot of time to set up so it's beneficial to make like a large amount otherwise the price of the decal will be too high. I would just look online for sticker decals for the mass produced ones.
