Long week

Thought I'd show you guys what I've been doing to my car the last few days-

Last week, my battery died. Ordered a Optima RedTop batt immediately after.

Got it in the mail two days ago and for some reason I decided to start experimenting with Plasti Dip that same day.

Replacing the battery in my car is a ******* joke. I will never understand who thought putting the battery in the wheel well was a good idea.

Anyways, got that swapped out and got each rim plasti dipped.

Took about 4 hours to dip all 4 wheels and change my batt. (Took so long because of the battery placement and because I had a ****** jack and had to do each wheel one by one.)

The following day my MRX-M110 and my HD149BT came in the mail!

Back to work! Got my old Fosgate R500X1D swapped out and the MRX-M110 in!

Got my ****** old HU out and the HD149BT in. Took about an hour to get everything installed nicely.

Don't mind the partial air freshener stuck in my vents lol.

TODAY!

Blacked out all my emblems with dip and got my subs mounted down in my trunk.

I mounted my subs with a huge $20 piece of heavy duty velcro. Seems to be holding up very well so far.

Doesn't look so bad for a garbage old car ay?

EDIT: the entire reason I wanted to dip my rims is because the chrome was starting to fade. They were not taken very good care of by the previous owner.
