I have a Starr Mountain box that is 1.25 cubes kerf ported and tuned to 32 hz. It was built for my DC lvl 5 12. It is also double baffle flush mount, if you are interested pm me and I will send you pics. Only issue is I am definitely not local (CA) but it is made of birch so it is much lighter then a box made of MDF so I assume shipping wouldn't be to bad.

 
Thanks but poo m holding out for local if i can. I should have specified, it has to be sealed, cant use rhis sub ported.

I have a 8" custom enclosure that was designed for a kicker comp. The whole could be cut slightly bigger to fit a 10". It is about 1.2cf and ported at 39hz. It could use a little paint, but is built like a brick.
