AT 1200.1, DD M1B, New Style T1000.1, or SAE 1200?

AT 1200.1 - BNIB - $200

DD M1B - Used - $250

Newer black RF T1000.1 - Used 9/10 - $235

Sundown SAE-1200 - Refurb - $290

Trying not to upgrade 4ga and keep voltage respectable without upgrade. These are my options, opinions?

If you're going to choose one or diss one you must specify reason, I dont just want "Sundown. RF. AT." Intelligent reasons why, backed by real life experience or proof.

I would say the m1b .. Dd makes very efficient amps ... prolly best on your electric

Out of the amps you named

All of those are very solid options man. I've seen the AT800.1 in action (similar to 1200 obviously just smaller), sae1200 in action and I own a RF T1000, seen plenty of DD M3bs and M4a and they are great amps so I'm sure the M1B is no bitch in its own respect. Honestly whatever is the cheapest of the 4 I would go with that. They are all about he same. Great amps IMO

This

The cheapest and newest is AT 1200.1. Thats what Im leaning towards based off price point. Appreciate input. If DD is very efficient that would sway me as well, dont like low voltage.

Electrical- 130amp alt, big 3 ofc, 100ah battery up front, 4ga ofc to back.

I still say dd would be the best for your electric

You're good to run any of those amps with that electrical bro.

If the rf is the bdcp version i would get it. It puts out rated at varying ohm loads and they r beast. My 1500 put out 1980 @1 1763@2. And 1284@4 so u got the 1500 up to i would say 3 ohms. They r solid amps that put out plenty of power. Look at the model number on top and if the bd is red its the constant power series and i would get it. Being that music is dynamic and ur ohm load varies at different frequency this amp would be my choice.

It just says T1000-1bd

It is not red. Just looked it up, CP is constant power version. I see. No its regular version.

Serial number 0000410101-40

The bdcp version puts out rated power at varying ohm loads. The example bdcp is rated 750@4 1000@2 1000@1 were as the older bd might be 250-300@4 5-600@2 and 1000@1. Don't quote me on those ratings they are more of an example than rf's actual ratings

I've owned the DD M1A, not the B, but I was very impressed with it. Puts out solid power, and didn't strain my electrical (mine is almost the same as yours). And RF amps are great also, good build quality, and without voltage dips put out serious power. It's all on preference and price man.

So no one has anythin bad to say about anything. You guys are making this tough lol. Leaning to dd @ at. Might have to get a magic 8ball.

the at1200 requires 1/0 so that may be out //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

That is what the birth sheet says not what it will do in the real world unless you are running a power supply and a resister. And they are horribly inefficent.

I would put the full range to ch.3&4, and low pass on ch.5&6. The 6.1200 line out should be full range unless it has a dedicated x-over. In that...

It should be fine as long as you're not looking to upgrade in the future.

Its not a huge upgrade and I'd argue you likely couldn't tell the difference.
