100% copper and it's cheaper then car audio wire
sorry not to troll im just curious.

i know copper is very conductive but welding wire can it be flexible? also would it be better conductivity than a good audio power wire?

Not as flexible as car audio, the strands are larger and it should be the same.

Oem cables are readily available for most vehicles. Check rockauto. Anything less will be a future headache.
