Ok I have this 4" speaker, which is running through amplifier, when the music gets loud on certain songs, it starts to make this loud noise like the speakers is clipping or something, but i know its not because all the other ones are fine, I've checked the positive and negitive there all connected right. what can be the problem? also the speaker has a crossover too.

Not all speakers are identical. The one that is popping is the "weak link in the chain". Try lowering the gain and perhaps raising the x-over frequency a little .

If you don't have a decent x-over just lower the gain.

You could do the 8" as a front sub on its own amp and use it to bridge/enhance the gap between your 12" in the rear to the midranges
