Got a mint pioneer headunit, 6.5 coaxils and brand new in box pioneer 6x9s
Check out Tantric HDs, HDDs, PSI platform 3s, SSA Xcon, Zcon. All of these are SQL subs that will deliver. I would also say check out the XFL too.

I've got a couple Shocker Super Extreme's (TC9 platform). One with Sundown Z softparts, the other with OEM Shocker/TC parts 125 and 100 shipped respectively. Both 15" dual 2ohm, OEM coil is good for about 1000W, Sundown coil a little more, either is solid mechanically for more. Z parts will be more musical, OEM parts more SPL oriented.

i have a kenwood 8105d amp will do 105 shipped.... does 500 x 1 @ 2 ohms and 300 x 1 @ 4 ohms.

I'll suggest a JP8 amplifier.
I believe you can wire your sub to 2 ohm. It's Dual voice coil 4 ohm, correct?
JP8 @ 2 ohm does 900 watts.

Yeah, put the probes on the power wire and ground wire of the amplifier. Multimeter on DC.
Do not put it on the wires that go to your speakers. M
