Speaker amp to sub amp

It depends. Some amps have RCA preouts on them (usually right next to the RCA inputs) - this simply sends the unamplified signal straight through to the other amp. Otherwise you'll need to split the RCAs

 
Yes my sub amp has pre outs, but does the speaker amp need to be the same exact amp?

Unamplified signal meaning?

I can still set hpf and lpf on speaker amp and it wont effect my subs right?

For the sub/amp combo, you can use one voice coil per channel. So no need to use the jumpers of the sub. As for the co-axials, you can bridge...
