Its always hard to reach them through email...especially when u actually need them. Its part of the reason I'll never buy another Fi product.

Register for their forum. Nick replies pretty quick. It normally take 3-4 weeks to receive my recones. Per Nick recones are second priority, and are done once a week.
Nick offered directly to send me a fi shirt directly over a year ago now.. still haven't got it.. and it was because I made a comment on here regarding another companies products basically... dogging them and he found it funny. I think it was t3 maybe over the whole TI basket **** they were using.. them or something like that.
