Pyle ftmfw!!

How do classes work? is it 0-600w per sub or overall?

Overall. In that class you get a single amp that has a 4ohm rating of 600w or less and the box has to be below the window line and behind the b-pillar. 2 battery and 15.5v max.

I reeeeeally wanted to run a Pyle amp too, but just couldn't find one worthy. Lol. So, I went with my RD D5. Crazy impedance rise to 2.3 ohms, so I wasn't see "much." Hehe.

I actually bought a MBQ Discus 2k to run this setup to complete the "budget" build, but figured I would do myself a disservice by leaving the D5 on the table. Good thing too, because I was only a few tenths ahead of the guy in 4th. I have $100 in batts and $207 into these subs. Yeah, you can get pretty loud on a budget.

And FWIW, 1st and 2nd absolutley murdered the previous world record, so the Pyle's really held their own.

How low did you drop the D5 this year?

Tried it this box at .16 first...



...But, she was a leeeetle protect happy. So, wound up at .22 with the (9).
