Audio magazine had a long running gag of hyping completely fictitious products that supposedly came from a company called "Lirpa Labs" as a way of making fun of some of the ridiculous claims many companies were making about their products.

That reads just like a Lirpa Labs piece.

i thought it was one of those clocks where you stick a probe in a potato and the light bulb lights up...so i threw it away because the light wouldnt come on
