Basically a brand new I pod Touch, never left my desk, not a scratch on it. Not sure you can keep the music but it has a tons of the lows on it.

Ha, I bought a 32 gig 2nd Gen I touch for 175 (admittedly a very good price, that cant be found to often) last year...Think you might want to rethink your pricing, check ebay for an idea of what these are going for

$165 ~OBO~ and comes with a case with zero scratches, is that better.
