I have an 04 Chevy Trailblazer that I've been working on for a little while now and I'm getting close to getting it done...

I'd like to say thanks to everyone that has helped, and continues to help on this project, including Murilo, Rusty, Toolmaker, Jose Diax, Carl, and Adam Stemen who is working tirelessly building and tuning the enclosure and doors for this monster.

Now for the goodies...

(4) DC Soundlabs Level 5 18" Subwoofers

150' of 8 AWG 99.999% Pure OFC Speaker Wire

500' of 12 AWG 99.999% Pure OFC Speaker Wire

300' of 1/0 AWG Tsunami Competition Power Wire (Tinned OFC)

I started by tearing out the whole rear of the TB including carpet... Here is what I started with. 72' of 1.5" X 1.5" X .250" Box tubing... Total of over 200' used...

Had to put a couple HO Alts on her for some juice. I was the first person in the world to put dual alternators on a I6 Trailblazer/Envoy.

god ****. first build with shat loads of $$$$ into it to finish up good..... but my question is this is for daily? not going to compete in anything? you just want to be loud as **** balls and drive around pissing ppl off?

With etch primer, then regular primer, why? Im not afraid to get paint on the truck since its getting shaved and repainted anyways...

Im a member of DB Drag, and Im not going to drive around and piss anyone off. At least thats not my goal. Im 37, not 12. Its for daily that can hang in the lanes as well. She also goes to car shows...

Like OP stated, there are radios with higher power output. Most radios have around 18 watts RMS per channel. They mostly claim 50w per channel but...
