Ok everyone this box is for ascitiesburn69's four True Bass Ultra 8's.

Box is 3.2 cubic feet after displacement with 44 square inches of port tuned to 35Hz.

This enclosure is custom fitted for his 04 Avalanche..................

LOL it's no secret. I just use a flush trim bit on my router and trance over a jig I made that is the exact cut out for the terminal cup.

In order to answer your question, I would need to know what model (e.g. SW4200, SW7524DVC). Also, are you looking to make a ported box or sealed?
