I have a 4 ch 6000 watt amp (pyle PLA4988) its brigeable 4 Ohms : 2 x 3000 watt or 4 x 1500 watt

it is 2 ohm stable and i wont to hook it to Two 15" 1400 watt DVC 4 Ohms per coil (plye PL1590BL) subs i wont to know the best way to wire them up should i run the coils in series or parallel.

If the amp does 1,500 watts x4 @ 2 ohms (lulz again), just wire the subs like this

dual42ohms.gif

Use channels 1 and 2, one sub per channel. That'll allow you to save the other 3,000 watts of power for future upgrades (more lulz).

In reality, there's no way in hell that amp is doing anywhere near 1,500 watts per channel. NO WAY!

To the bolded.... Math fail?

It's a 400w amp at the most. The amp is junk. The subs are junk. That amp wouldn't put out 6000w if you could measure the heat dissipation after you set it on fire.

It still amazes me how people in this day and age of the internet still go blow money on junk and don't take the time or effort to do a little researching.

All it takes is one friend who says "yo dawg that pyle is so good bro it slams the hell out of my explodes!"
