I'll start it off by saying I wanted to do a large build on a low budget. And I figure 500 for wire, amp, and subs is a pretty low budget build.
The box will be 18.4 cubes before all displacements. And will have interchangeable ports. With no port plug in it is tuned to 53hz with 328 sq. inches of port. I plan on building a 32hz and 44hz tuned port. I will be redoing my highs and mids also at a later date.
The subs are 4 15" Crunch GPV D2 subs (Yeah yeah I know "Crunch?! WTF DOOD?! You should of got a BTLLEVEL5NightShadeMT!?" But I done those before why do the same old thing? The amp is a single Audiopipe 15001D (yup no more than 1500 watts for all 4 subs!)
Onto the build!
3 sheets of MDF all cut up
top panel #1
How the subs will all fit with one of the Crunch subs in
All the holes cut out
The beginnings of something alsome
All sides glued and screwed on!
More pics to come later! Comment away!
