So-

It was almost exactly seven days from the moment I laid the first glue joint on the first woofer to the point of it playing (two of four amps and unsealed) but I think we did a hell of a job in that amount of time. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Here is the first vid we did just after tossing it together

Ive been following the build on SMD, that is some serious flex for it not to be sealed off and on its current power.....going to be insane when its done.

1" birch= yummy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Nice work fellas.

Appreciate the responses guys- its a work in progress and there will be many hours put into sealing it off and making it "finished"

I built all of them- four were recones and fully built the other 8.

The goal of this build is to play extremely low, as "safe" and "reliable" as possible while also putting up a good score for when he goes to shows every other month or so. To achieve this we went as high as possible with motor and cone, while keeping watt per woofer low and in a sealed environment.

We'll see how it does in the future //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
