Finaly got the urge to wall so here's some sort of progress on it. Got laid off from a previous job so I was at a stand still for a while, but am now back on track.

Equipment includes;

8 AA Havoc 15's

4 Sundown 4500s

4 SAX 100.4's

12 AA Carbon fiber mids (6 in each door)

3 DC Power 16v alternators

10-12 Kinetik 16v batteries

200ft of Kicker Hyperflex

So far have mainly the rear suspension done and the frame was powder-coated thanks to Tiny at Tasrop PC.

everything...lol. Im thinking about running a 16 volt system for next summer. Your charging system is going to be charging at 17ish or so, right? So this will charge every cell in the battery, and then for your lights, cd player and all that, youll just hook it up to the 12 volt post?

How can you run a 16 volt system when that batts just have two terminals btw, if you dont mind explaining it to me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

16v alts for the system or just the sub amps..
16v batts for them..

12v alt for the car and mids/highs amps

That is about all there is to it.

My stock electrical will be completely away from the 16v setup.

Will have 1 16v batt under the hood and 2 12v batts for the mids and high stuff.

so, you couldnt do a 16 volt system with just one alt. charging at 16 volts (i know it will be technically charging at more then this)?
