Need a 12" that takes 1000 rms

Hey guys, I am planning to upgrade my system pretty soon, and plan on getting 2 12's that take 1000 rms each. But my budget is around $120-$150 per sub.

So far the only sub I found were

1) Pioneer W3002d4

2)spl -splw-12

Any other recommendations?

I currently own 2 sony xplod 15's and I believe they take around 350 rms each.

The type R's are rated for 500 rms, Can they handle 1000 rms on a daily basis?

I wouldn't know, they don't make amps with 4/0 wire input

I am just a beginner, so I guess I have alot to learn but, I plan on power the subs with a Power Acoustik 4000

As far as the box goes, I know nothing about building boxes and will probably put these in the regular pre built boxes they sell.

what's the power rating on the PA amp?

I say build your box or ask someone to do for you, prefab ***** and you will just end up wasting your money

Signal flow should be HU to DSP to amps. You would lose the ability to EQ and time align the sub with the DSP unit if you bypassed the DSP.
